Consolidating its leadership in the cellular building products market, the Latium Group has decided the time is now right for Celuform Ltd to become a subsidiary of Latium Building Products Ltd alongside Kestrel-BCE Ltd. Paul Neilson, Managing Director of Kestrel-BCE will lead this newly combined centre of excellence business.
