BCE Puts People First

Whether you’re shopping for a new car, the latest TV or building plastics to sell on to your customers, it makes a world of difference to buy from someone who knows their products.

There’s nothing more frustrating than finding the person you’re buying from can’t answer your questions. BCE, the no lead, no tin, next generation of PVC-UE and PVC-U roofline, cladding and window trim products, recognises the importance of product knowledge, which is why it encourages all its employees to undergo training. “A total of 50 employees are currently on NVQs,” explains Paul Knowles, Site Director of the BCE brand. “Offering this level of support is win-win for all involved. It allows our employees to continually develop while ensuring our customers continue to get the best possible service.

“As well as the NVQs that are running, all team managers at BCE go through assessment centres that run numerical, verbal and psychometric tests which helps us ensure everyone is best placed to offer customers the service they have come to expect from the BCE team.”
