Latium BP Appoints New Operations Director

I am pleased to announce that Paul Copestick has joined Latium BP as Operations Director on the 3rd January 2011. Paul has over 25 years industry experience.
Paul commenced working life at Spectus; developing cell manufacture, alongside various other roles. He then moved over to Kestrel in the early 1990’s; managing quality, operations and distribution. After this he moved on to become Operations Manager at Scunthorpe.
In recent years Paul has been Director and General Manager of JWD Frames Ltd, as well as Operations Director of Spectus UK. Where he has made a considerable contribution to the business turnaround. Paul has also held the role of Operations Director for Spectus Europe and Trentham Logistics in the last 12 months, working closely with myself.
I believe Paul will bring a great deal of stability and drive to the operational activities of the company by focusing on people development, quality and service. Paul has an exemplary record and has always been keen to rejoin Latium BP.
Paul played a significant part in the development of Kestrel in its early years and is looking forward to working closely with the Board and specifically supporting the development of operational personnel to achieve their goals.
