Richard Newby (38) has recently joined BCE as the new Site Manager. In this role, Richard will be responsible for the day to day running of the BCE site and will co-ordinate logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, blending and engineering.

Richard brings with him considerable experience in several manufacturing sectors and in particular has experience in the development and implementation of world class manufacturing techniques. Richard lives in Scunthorpe and has 2 children.

He will report directly to Paul McLoughlin, who is the Operations Director for both BCE and Kestrel Building Products.
